Accommodation in Melbourne
There is a range of accommodation options available for registrants and their friends and family joining them. We are not managing accommodation as part of the conference registration but have arranged discounts with accommodation options less than 15 minutes’ walk to the venue or a short (free) tram ride. Also, the usual Air BNB and other accommodation sites can be helpful if you are looking at other areas in Melbourne or for specific features (e.g. a pool, by the beach, etc). Fortunately, Melbourne has a very extensive public transport system with all trains stopping at Flinders St Station, 200m from Zinc Conference Centre. Also, many tram lines run close by and connections from suburban bus routes are easy. Keep in mind this is peak tourist season so prices may be high and competition strong for accommodation – book early to ensure your preferred option!
