Once you start completing this registration, there is no option to save a draft and return to it later. Your PSA Member Number will be required when completing this form if you are a current member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia or have previously had an account with us and know your member number.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS
If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the Primary Email field and add your own email address in the Additional Email field. All correspondence will be sent to both email addresses. 

GROUP REGISTRATIONS
Please ensure that you ensure you have ALL the contact details and dietary requirements for each attendee you are registering before commencing.  Tick the 'I am not attending' box below, then select the number of members in your group from the dropdown menu.  Payment will be required for all members in the group on submission of this form. Registration confirmation emails will be sent to each member in your group, but only the group contact will receive a copy of the tax invoice and payment receipt.

If you are an invited speaker, sponsor or exhibitor at PSA22, you will be sent a registration link by the Events Team - please DO NOT use this registration form.

A credit card will be required to pay for your registration fees for PSA22 on completion of this registration form.  Mastercard or VISA are the only accepted methods of payment.

Discount Code Redemption: If you have been provided with a special code, a discount code box will appear when you select a registration type. Please follow the instructions you have been provided with on redeeming the code.

Workshop 2: Wound Care Workshop

This workshop will help you assess minor wounds to determine whether there is a risk of infection, deeper structural damage or other factors that can impair wound healing.

Workshop 3: Intern Workplace based assessment

Interactive workshop for intern pharmacists, supervising pharmacists and preceptors. Participants will have hands on experience through simulated scenarios on the use of workplace based assessment tools developed by the Australian Pharmacy Council in collaboration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
