Biography
Alexandra is an early career pharmacist practicing in rural Australia, having completed her studies at the University of New England in 2023. The study being presented was her honours research project with Melanie McDougall. Alex is a PhD candidate with research interests in pharmacy practice and pharmacist education and development. Her research focuses on health literacy and understanding the medicines information people desire. This concept underpins her pharmacy practice and research, ensuring people are well-informed and confident in managing their health.

Biography
Tiernan is an experienced clinical pharmacist, currently undertaking a PhD at the University of South Australia. He has worked in community, general practice, hospital and academic areas, and is currently practicing as an aged care onsite pharmacist. Tiernan's research interests lie in aged care, education, and co-design.

The role of Australian pharmacy assistants in supporting delivery of osteoarthritis care: Perceptions, challenges and opportunities.
Biography
Dr Kim Watkins is a pharmacist and educator with a strong interest in musculoskeletal health, implementation science, and workforce development. She recently led a national survey investigating the role of community pharmacists in supporting guideline-based osteoarthritis care. Kim brings over 20 years of experience as a community pharmacy owner and has taught in pharmacy and medical programs across several Australian universities. She is passionate about developing the capabilities of the healthcare workforce to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care.

Biography
Jemma is a fourth-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) student at The University of Queensland, majoring in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics. Under the supervision of Associate Professor Christopher Freeman and Dr. Nagham Ailabouni, Jemma is leading the PRIME CALD project: “Co-designing a conversation-starter tool to empower culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) older people to initiate deprescribing conversations about medications”. Jemma is passionate about pharmacy practice and has a keen interest in research that supports the quality use of medicines through collaborative, evidence-based care to improve health outcomes.

Stella Setiyawan is an Advanced Training Registrar Pharmacist at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, working primarily across the Heart Support Service and Coronary Care unit, with three years' experience in Cardiology. She has a keen interest in improving patient outcomes through collaborative models of care and patient education.

Biography
Reginald Yakob is a credentialed pharmacist with over nine years of experience in community and aged-care pharmacy. He holds degrees in BSc. Biomolecular Science, BSc. Research Studies, and a Master of Pharmacy. Reginald is interested in digital health and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Sydney, exploring the intersection of pharmacy practice and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. His research aims to evaluate the integration of large language model AI technologies into pharmacy practice to support clinical care and advance healthcare delivery.

International travellers’ views on self-care when visiting Indonesia: A Q-methodology study
Biography
Antonius Nugraha Widhi Pratama is a fourth-year PhD candidate and casual academic staff at the School of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine and Health, The University of Sydney, Australia. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Jember, Indonesia. Throughout his academic journey, Antonius received several scholarships and grants from both Indonesia and Australia. His research interests are in social pharmacy. His PhD project is about self-care needs assessment among international travellers in Indonesia and the readiness of Indonesian community pharmacies to facilitate self-care for the travellers.
