Biography

Mike leads the AI auditing practice at Adjust AI and was an early technical contributor to the field of generative AI. In his time as an AI practitioner, he spent several years driving retail experimentation initiatives at CVS Pharmacy. During Operation Warp Speed, he coordinated logistics for COVID-19 vaccinations reaching millions of American patients, working closely with White House and CDC leadership to understand drivers of vaccine uptake and design interventions.

Biography

Paul Naismith is a practising pharmacist and the CEO of Fred IT Group. He co-founded Fred in 1991 and has grown the business to be Australia’s largest provider of IT services to the pharmacy industry. Paul’s vision is to make medication management safer and more effective for all Australian’s. He has been a driving force in the recent introduction of electronic prescriptions as well as providing systems to aid in a national approach to combat accidental prescription drug deaths using real time prescriptions monitoring. Paul was appointed Director of the APPco board in 2009 and Chair in 2013. In 2014, Paul was appointed the PDL Director for VIC and in 2017 was appointed the Chair of the PDL Board. Paul is also the Founder and CEO of Fred IT Group.

Biography

Dr Louise Schaper is on a mission to fix healthcare. She is a passionate advocate and catalyst for leveraging technology to achieve better health outcomes and innovating the health ecosystem at scale. As an internationally renowned digital health leader with over 20 years' experience in digital health, Louise has deep domain knowledge and extensive networks across Australia and globally. With a background as an occupational therapist, a PhD in health informatics, and recognition as a Fellow of both the International Academy of Health Sciences Informatics and the Australasian Institute of Digital Health, Louise brings a wealth of expertise to all her endeavours. Deeply engaged with the digital health community, Louise is always online, and yes, she does have the coolest job!
