Biography
Tiernan is an experienced clinical pharmacist, currently undertaking a PhD at the University of South Australia. He has worked in community, general practice, hospital and academic areas, and is currently practicing as an aged care onsite pharmacist. Tiernan's research interests lie in aged care, education, and co-design.

Biography
Dr Georgina Hughes is an early career pharmacist researcher and works as a Research Fellow at the University of South Australia. Georgina's research focuses on using real-world data to support quality use of medicines among older people who access aged care services. Her PhD used big data to explore the real-world use and safety of antidepressant medicines among older people living in aged care homes.

A comprehensive overview of paracetamol poisoning admissions and long-term outcomes in NSW
Biography
Annabelle Chidiac is a pharmacist and a PhD candidate in the School of Pharmacy at The University of Sydney. After completing her honours project on lithium toxicity in adults she has gone on to participate in various projects observing the occurrence and impact of poisoning in Australia. Her current thesis aims to look at paracetamol poisoning in an effort to identify at risk populations and reduce its occurrence.

Medication communication and management at hospital discharge: experiences and perceptions of older patients with multimorbidity and their family members
Biography
Fatemeh Barzegarkalmeri graduated as PharmD in Iran before commencing her PhD studies at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, in 2022. Her doctoral research focuses on medication communication and management for hospitalised older patients at the time of discharge, employing a qualitative research approach. She is now approaching the completion of her thesis and is interested in presenting her research findings at conferences.

Biography
Dawit Yimenu earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Gondar, Ethiopia in 2015, followed by an MSc in Pharmaceutical Supply Management from the University of Jimma, Ethiopia in 2018. He worked for over six years as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Gondar. Currently, he is a final-year PhD student at the University of Western Australia, where his research focuses on optimising medicines use in older adults by identifying environmental and health system-related factors. His academic and research journey reflects a strong commitment to improving medication practices and advancing healthcare outcomes for ageing populations.

Biography
Dr Kim Watkins is a pharmacist and educator with a strong interest in musculoskeletal health, implementation science, and workforce development. She recently led a national survey investigating the role of community pharmacists in supporting guideline-based osteoarthritis care. Kim brings over 20 years of experience as a community pharmacy owner and has taught in pharmacy and medical programs across several Australian universities. She is passionate about developing the capabilities of the healthcare workforce to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care.
