Harnessing Technology to Support Clinical Practice: A Digital Audit Tool for Patients with Heart Failure with Reduced Ejection Fraction
Biography
Tien is a Research Fellow at the Quality Use of Medicines and Pharmacy Research Centre (QUMPRC). Tien completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) in 2014 at UniSA and completed her PhD in 2024, with a focus on pharmacy practice and mental health. Tien has worked in a variety of pharmacy settings, including community, hospital, government and academia.
Tien has recent experience practicing as the Senior Pharmacist (Medicines Programs) for the Office of the Chief Pharmacist, Department for Health and Wellbeing. In Addition, she is also a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia’s Branch Committee (SA/NT).

Biography
Chris has experience in community pharmacy, as a credentialed pharmacist, delivering Quality Use of Medicines activities to remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community health clinics and worked as an ACCHO pharmacist for 6 years in Coffs Harbour. Chris is now a Project Manager for the PSA, delivering a number of projects on topic areas such as quality use of medicines, opioid dependence and primary care.

Biography
Li Ann is an intern pharmacist working at Colonnades and Christies Beach TerryWhite Chemmarts in Adelaide’s southern suburbs. She has administered a large number of vaccines in the first 5 months of her internship, and is passionate about expanded vaccination scope for pharmacists. Li Ann also always had an interest in pursuing research, and would like to combine community pharmacy practice with research in her early career.
