Kirsten is a registered pharmacist with a rich background in research and medication supply. During her Masters candidature, she led various pharmacy projects including those for the International Pharmaceutical Federation, resulting in peer-reviewed publications and pharmacy advocacy reports. Her work has been presented at both national and international conferences, contributing to global pharmacy practices. As a clinician, Kirsten is well-versed in specialised areas of medication supply, ranging from procurement to robotic dispensing and high-risk medication management, across community and hospital settings. She has a keen interest in implementation and interdisciplinary research and is eager to contribute further in this field.

Simone is currently undertaking a PhD in health policy through the University of Newcastle where she is also part of the research team leading the NSW Pharmacy Trials. Simone was awarded the NSW Pharmacist of the Year Award 2023 for her work in advocating for regulatory change and policy changes that directly led to the expansion of pharmacy services and funding in NSW. She has worked as a leader across the pharmacy sector and continues to work in the pharmaceutical industry to provide guidance that supports the pharmacy sector.

Jing Xin completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Science, Malaysia in August 2019. She spent her early career as a pharmacist in a hospital followed by a primary health care setting. This has greatly contributed to her interest in the field of clinical pharmacy and patient advocacy. She is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy (Medicine and Health) degree at the University of Sydney, working on a project titled 'The impact of medication regimen complexity on patient-related and clinical outcomes in kidney failure'.

Annabelle is a final year student at the University of Canberra undertaking her Honours project on asthma services in community pharmacies. She is also the National Australian Pharmacy Students' Association (NAPSA) Director of Research and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Australian Pharmacy Students' Journal (APSJ). Annabelle is passionate about pharmacy practice and topics involving respiratory diseases like asthma and COPD. Through her different roles, she has been involved in diverse research projects and organised various initiatives to promote research pathways to pharmacy students.
