Details
Vaping. It’s been in Australia for a few years, sliding between cracks in regulation and enforcement designed for tobacco products. But rapid growth in illegal retailing of vapes to children, adolescents and adults has caused a surge in use, and with it a rapidly rising public health challenge.
The regulatory response has been complex, with many pharmacists finding it hard to navigate. The Australian Government has implemented a series of new laws cracking down on vaping.
So, will it make a difference? Why should we be really worried about vaping? And what will this all mean for pharmacists?
