10:45 AM - 11:35 AM |
Pyrmont Theatre |
Details
While the role of pharmacists has been growing for many years, the pace of this growth has accelerated in recent years, seeing pharmacists undertake expanded and novel roles in our health system. The Scope of Practice review launched in 2023 is well and truly past its halfway point and will make recommendations to government later this year.
Described as the biggest opportunity in a generation for the health of Australia, this review has bold aspirations to reduce inefficiency in care and make sure people can access the care they need when they need it.
So where are we at? And what changes to daily practice can pharmacists expect?
