This session offers an opportunity to learn more about the Community of Practice, explore the ASPIRE foundational training, and discuss the role of the Core 4 Medicines in supporting quality end-of-life care. Whether you are new to palliative care or already engaged in this space, this is a chance to ask questions, share experiences, and build your confidence.
Our key theme for pharmacists is: “Where do you see yourself in palliative care?” We’ll highlight how pharmacists in all practice settings, especially community pharmacy, can play a vital role in delivering accessible, patient-centred palliative care services.
