Bente Hart

Biography
Bente Hart is a Credentialed Pharmacist with over 25 years’ experience in aged care, community, and hospital pharmacy. Based in rural NSW, she provides clinical pharmacy services through Braidwood Multi-Purpose Service (Southern NSW Health), focusing on person-centred care for older adults. She also runs a consultancy business delivering Home Medication Reviews.
As part of her commitment to consultant pharmacy, Bente is a member of the PSA Consultant Pharmacist CSI leadership group.
A Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Advanced Pharmacy (FANZCAP), Bente specialises in Generalist and Geriatric Medicine. She is currently developing a rural diabetes education service focused on Type 2 Diabetes and is working toward becoming a Credentialed Diabetes Educator.
Her dedication to safe and effective medication use has earned her recognition, including a nomination for the 2024 Southern NSW Health Excellence Award in Patient Safety.

Biography
Raymond is an early career pharmacist and credentialed pharmacist delivering medication management services upon establishing Pill Box Education. With prior experience in Community pharmacy with an interest in the implementation of pharmacy services (Administration of medicines by injection, immunisations, MS-2 step, take home naloxone, UTI services and OCP renewal services), he is now currently practicing as an aged care onsite pharmacist (ACOP) with Pennwood Aged Care services and as a practice support pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia.
Raymond has been the proud recipient of the PSA SA Early Career Pharmacist of the Year (2024), Chemist Warehouse SA Intern of the year (2020), PSA SA gold medal (2019) and SA/NT Branch student research award (2019).
