Biography
Tracey has been CEO of Inala Primary Care, a charitable, award winning general practice in Queensland’s most disadvantaged suburban location for more than 10 years. The IPC model was named as one of four which should be adopted nationally under the 10 Year Health Reform Process. They have embedded pharmacists in their team of care for seven years. In November 2024, IPC won a Stronger Medicare Award for innovation in healthcare in relation to serving complex patients and regions of disadvantage.
Tracey is Deputy Chair of the Primary Care Advisory Group of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare. She was a member of the Expert Advisory Panel which in October 2024 delivered to government reports on Practice Incentives and funding for the general practice After Hours Program. She was also a co-author of “Getting Australia’s Health on Track 2024”. To support practices build performance she co-founded Cubiko, Australia’s dominant practice dashboard software solution in 2018. She is co-founder of Co.Design4All which launched in November 2025 to an international audience. In July 2025 she was awarded the President’s Award from the Australian Primary Care Nurses Association for her advocacy for team based care and activities to support health reform in primary care. Tracey is research active and recently released a report with The George Institute for Global Health charting the change strategies required to support practices embrace team based care.
