This practical workshop will guide pharmacists through the essentials of clinical auditing, claims management and reporting in aged care. Attendees will learn how to design and conduct audits, interpret findings, and meet reporting and documentation expectations that align with aged care quality and safety requirements. The session will focus on applying governance principles to strengthen accountability and continuous improvement in medicine management.
